| The Mytimepeel Refer-A-Friend Program pays you
$30.00 for every Timepeel purchase generated from your referral.
It is as simple as that!
There is NO limit to the number of your referrals! You must refer new
Timepeel customers by providing them with your MyTimepeel.com or
eHealthandBeauty.com Order ID#. Referred customers can order their Timepeel
via our website, Mytimepeel.com, or via phone, 1-866-388-3406, and must
input or mention your Order ID# at the time their order is placed.
This is the only program of its kind, that we are aware of, that does not
require you to fill out an application, create banners and text media or
have a website.
We handle all transactions, processing and customer service. We'll even provide you with
notification when a referral of yours purchases a Timepeel from our site. |

qualifies to become a participant? |
| Any previous customer that
has purchased a Timepeel is eligible to participate in the Program. (You
must be a customer as we use your Order ID# to track your referrals.)
Determination of program eligibility and qualifying referrals, as well as
any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of eHealth and Beauty, LLC.
eHealth and Beauty, LLC reserves the right to verify and investigate any and
all qualifying sales. This Program can not be combined with any other
MyTimepeel.com or eHealthandBeauty.com referral program. Offer not
transferable or redeemable by an unrelated party. eHealth and Beauty, LLC
reserves the sole right to modify, suspend or cancel this referral program
at any time without notice. |

payment, new referral order purchases must not be returned for a refund.
Referral payments will be issued 15 days after the referral sale's money
